I am 65 separated l am 5feet 7 inch tall l like gardening walking playing chess and running l used to do powerlifting , boxing ,rugby and running ,but am due a knee replacement operation in a few weeks so will hopefully be back to some physical activities then .l recently lost my dog it was so sad he was nearly 16 and ment the world to me .l live in a rented 2 bedroom house.
