Slightly overweight but lost 18kg recently and aiming for another 20kg, do this by walking and HIIT training on my treadmill and doing weights, last four years sitting in an office done my body no favours. I’m very hard working and in fact just getting over streets related illnesses and been told by my bosses to do less hrs and less work which I now doing and passed a lot of responsibilities on to others. I love fishing and have a boat, I enjoy going for walks particularly in the bush, winning and dining my partner, travelling especially seeing parts of our countries more remote areas while travelling. I intend to go overseas for a holiday next year with money I’m saving by not smoking.
