I have the humility and I admit my own mistakes because mistakes help me to learn from it. I perceive the fact that usually most of the problems we can solve by discussing them and finding the best solution instead of just harbouring grudge against something which is not healthy at all. That's why communication skills are very important in all aspect of our lives.
I presume the fact that since we are imperfect and we tend to make mistakes, so forgiving one another and learning from it helps to make life easier and strenghten relationship. I also reckon building team spirit is the first step to build friendship with anyone and finally that leads to relationship.
