I am a divorced mother of two young girls soon both in elementary school. I provide full-time childcare so I don't get out much to meet people and often don't have the energy to be out and about at singles events. Would like to find someone easy-going, likes to have fun and can be comfortable being silly around kids. I'm not a huge traveler though I have been to Canada, Mexico, Australia twice and make an annual trip to visit a friend in Las Vegas when possible. I enjoy comedies and action movies mostly, like a variety of music, find things to do when the weather is nice but tend to stay inside when it's hot and humid. Lots of friends in the area I visit when our schedules allow but many are busy with their own lives and families so I'm looking for some companionship when the weeks of single-parenting get long and daunting. I suppose some would say I am a bit boring, but I am content with simple things in life and keeping up with friends and family rather than needing to be on the go constantly.
