Im having a hard time writing this profile. Seems like Im not allowed to use any apostrophes in my writing. Im from CA and Im trying to get used to the Tex Mex cuisine, but its very different. Im either going to have to try more dishes, or cook more meals at home. Only problem is, I need better recipes. Ive gone from beefeater, to chicken and fish, to mainly only fish, then vegan for about a year and now Im back to pescatarian, but I enjoy a good burger now and then.
