Hi there, what sums me up? ? hmmm, well i guess my 5 loves of my life would be
1/ my children, (now all pretty grown up and making their way in life)
2/ My health - i really enjoy keeping active (mainly outdoors doing triathlons and ironmans) and cooking/eating healthily (veggie/vegan)
3/ My mind/spirit - a buddhist/taoist/spir itual approach to life, try to be conscious and live in the "now"
4/ Nature and the outdoors - happiest in the woods, by the river/sea/lake and under the open sky
5/ Animals and all life - all life is precious, and really looking forward to getting a dog again :-)
But i try and balance all of this with my business life, i run three companies, one brings in the money the other two make me feel good! i work in customer insight in the health and fitness sector, but also part own a veggie restaurant in norwich and have recently set up a frozen vegan pizza company . . . . ill leave you to guess which is which!
So an unusual mix of the conventional and alternative. . at home meditating in the woods as well as business meets in london :-)
By the way, im although i live in norwich im down in london most weeks. . . hence open to meet someone who probably doesnt live local to me. . with my "list" of what im looking for in a partner i recognise need to spread my animal friendly net wide :-)
