Free time i visit , socalise with family ,.and friends . I live almost on the river, and walk my dogs along the toe path , or country parks . Great thinking ,and relaxing time .
Big part of my life has always been fitness , i road bike and do circuit and full body burn groups , which keeps the middle age spread at bay , and i love the feel good facter from exercise . Fit body fit mind .
