Worked as a tracery Chartered accountant for a number of years before joining the ATO as an auditor and was promoted to a number of areas in the office finally focusing on IT and tan rhe Sydney Office IT Helpdesk turning it around from no 22 out of 23 offices with the cooperation of the team before Outsourcing arrived and I joined IT Consulting assisting to bring mobile computing into the ATO and GST. Moved to Cancerray and took up a position as an IiT Account Manager working as a conduit between the outsourced and the AY Business Lines to meet Thierry IT requirements. Was the Director IT Incicent Management and als op on Service Intoduction for the Change Program the 2nd largest Project ever run in Australia
