Independent 31 year old just out of a very long term relationship. Varied interests, but it would be great if you were also from a horse or agricultural background because that's my main area of interest. I have my own horses and my own land now so don't get me wrong this isn't a looking for a farmer husband to make use of what he has type situation, I am and intend to remain independent in that line. Being into farming or horses is not absolutely necessary though and I'm also interested in politics (I'd be left wing) doing arty and crafty stuff, DIY, and I can talk about more or less anything and I like nothing more than a good chat and debate about essentially anything. I'm not that into style and makeup but I will dress up well for any occasion or day out/night out
Religious and cultural background makes very little difference to me, my ex was a Slavic Buddhist leaning atheist but I myself would be a very casual catholic.
I don't have children (yet anyway), I would prefer if you didn't either but that's fairly unlikely in this day and age most men have at least 1. I do love children but I've already done the whole family court drama thing once over my ex's daughter, so if your relationship with your child's mother is stable that's fine by me too.
I'm looking for prospects that may also turn into a long term relationship. I have never liked dating I prefer to have a partner and just relax and do partner things with. I have absolutely no interest in friends with benefits type situations and the drama I see they entail with various friends of mine I am looking to chat away and see where things go but I'm not into fwb.
I do smoke, I only drink occasionally, really only at events or occasions or if I was going out. I don't gamble except play the lotto the odd time and bet on the 2 grand nationals..
Age wise I'm open to anyone within 10 years either side of my age by and large but may extend that on the above my age end for the right person, on the younger end 10 years is a hard limit. Ideally I would like someone as close to my own age as possible.
I'm not fussed about body type or looks in general. I couldn't care less what height you are even if your 5ft feck all, I'm not tall myself. I myself am a kind of stocky/curvy/chubby pear shaped body type around a size 16. To put a bit of humour on it and quote a song 🎶 "she's a big strong lump of an agricultural Irish girl, she wears no paint or powder and her figure is all her own" 🎶could easily be my theme song 😂
